Sentry Siren, Inc 3v8-H

Project Info: 

This siren was acquired in 2019/2020. This siren was purchased from an enthusiast. This Sentry 3v8-H was purchased in 2005 and was in service as a fire siren for a small Fire Dept in New York (Believed to have come from Holley, NY at the Fancher-Hulberton-Murray Volunteer Fire Company). Sometime after 2011 (According to Street View) it was removed and sold to an enthusiast then sold to Sirens & Aviation and more.

Updates:

Spring 2024:

The old motor start capacitor was leaking and was no good and was replaced with a new one.

Summer 2023:

The siren was in good condition to begin with besides a little bit of surface rust. This siren received a coat of paint in the Summer of 2023.
